Load an audio track (MP3, M4A, WMA, FLAC, WAVE, or AIFF) and it will be presented as waveform on the application’s interface (it must be mentioned here that several demo tracks come bundled with the application). The interface is just what you would expect from an audio editing tool. After completing a simple installation process you can get started with BeatCleaver. I don’t know about the Mac version, but the Windows version is incredibly easy to get up and running. You can manually select where you want to slice the audio track or you can let BeatCleaver automatically slice it up into 4, 8, or 16.īeatCleaver is available for Microsoft’s Windows operating system and for Apple’s Mac OS X. The main thing you can do with the audio editing tool BeatCleaver is slice up beats – or to put it in other words, you can cut an audio track into several smaller bits.
